Mary’s Wish was developed in memory of the founders mother, Mary Peterson following her death in August of 2004.
Mary was a wonderful mother, raising five children, working full time yet always finding time to share her kindness with her friends, family, students and her church.
Mary’s Wish honors “Mary” by performing “Simple Acts of Kindness”.
We are committed to recognizing the pain suffered by those less fortunate and extending a helping hand in our community.
Our main project is the Furniture Depot.
The Furniture Depot was developed in January of 2006. Our purpose is to offer low cost and no cost furniture, household goods and children’s clothing to the general public and those in critical need.
The Furniture Depot is operated by 12 extremely devoted volunteers offering 5000 hours of volunteer service each year.
We have served over 5000 families and individuals in critical need since 2006.
All items within the store are available to the public with 30% of our merchandise given to families in critical need at no charge. The more we sell the more is available for critical families.
All items donated are tax deductible.

Furniture picked up: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am and 3pm.
All items must be in very good condition and function properly.
All items must be out of the house, in the garage or driveway.
There may be a small fuel charge depending on where you live.
